Draw a grid with x horizontal, y vertical lines

There is already the possibility of drawing a grid, but only with special distances of the lines, like 'Phi Magic' or '1:3'. The user-defined spacing doesn't seem to have the possibility to set the amount of horizontal/vertical lines with distances of equal values.
